I’m Donna, a personal trainer, nutritionist and menopause coach with over 16 years of experience helping women build strength, improve energy, and feel confident in their bodies again.


Through Bia Wellness I provide online strength training and nutrition coaching for women, with a focus on supporting the body through perimenopause, menopause, and hormonal changes.
 

My Online Coaching, The Resilient Reset and The Resilient Body Method, combine:
